Universal CityWalk is an Entrance Plaza filled with entertainments, live music, movies & fine dining that lies between Universal Studios Florida & Universal’s Islands of Adventure where Dear & I will be visiting tomorrow - as of today, we just wana explore, relax a bit, shop & dine in Universal CityWalk - Orlando’s Hottest Spot for Entertainment!

Behind Dear is an Universal Studios Florida Souvenir Store above Universal Orlando Bus Station - located between Universal multi-storey Car Park (on its right) & covered Moving Walkways cum SideWalks (on its left) :

Here’re pics of the Universal multi-storey Car Park that are themed in Univeral Studios Florida & Universal’s Islands of Adventure characters such as Spiderman in Purple color, Cat in the Hat in Orange, & ET in Green  - haha Dear & I think they’re pretty cool!!

Well, here’s one of the two covered Moving Walkways that travel over Universal Boulevard into Universal CityWalk :

While travelling on the Moving Walkway towards Universal CityWalk, I turn around & take a snapshot of Dear waving at me delightfully……..heheh he’s really happy to be here!!

We’re now looking towards Universal CityWalk :

Yippie Yippie we’ve now reached the end of the Moving Walkway - see the Signs for Universal’s Islands of Adventure & Universal Studios Florida behind me :

Upon stepping out of the Moving Walkway, we see serveral American kids wearing Thing 1, Thing 2 & Thing 3 T-shirts which causes Dear & I to wonder what they are hahah!!

Upon closer look at these kids who’re visiting with their parents, I realise they’re actually wearing the numbers according to their sibling seniority as in the eldests are wearing Thing 3, the middles wearing Thing 2 & the youngests wearing Thing 1 - heheh how adorable!!  

And what are these Thing 1 Thing 2 Thing 3?!?!!

Well, they’re actually characters in the very famous “Cat in the Hat” story of Dr Seuss, one of the most popular Universal Studios Theme Park characters in America!!

Dr Seuss was the Pen Name which Theodor Seuss Geisel (an American Writer & Cartoonist) used for his Children’s Books which are widely known especially in young Americans’ childhoods. 

“Hey Dear Dear come take a pic with the Universal Studios CityWalk Orlando Sign!!” & so here I am above as instructed excitedly by Dear!

We stop by the following Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Restaurant & Market SOUVENIR SHOP  :

Well, currently having 22 branches throughout America - Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Restaurant & Market is a Chain of Seafood Restaurants inspired by the 1994 American Comdy-Drama film ”Forrest Gump”.

Forest Gump tells the story of a Man & his epic journey through Life meeting historic figures, influencing popular culture & experiencing first-hand historic events of the late 20th century while being largely unaware of their significance due to his borderline intellectual disability.

- Haha I love Forrest Gump & still remember it to be a most meaningful sensational Movie which made me cry & cry & at the same time blush in laughters………..

Dear’s now standing inside the lovely wooden Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Restaurant & Market SOUVENIR SHOP which is filled with all things Forrest Gump that make Dear & I WOW in awe!!

The following are the most special & beautiful Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Shopping Bags - hahah I just love the Bucket of overflowing fresh-looking yummilicious Reddie Shrimps here!! And Dear actually tells the American Souvenir Shopkeeper that his Wife loves Shrimps alot, upon which she gives Dear many extras of these Bags heheh!!

Dear & I also check out the next-door Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. (Restaurant & Market) after leaving its tiny yet very interesting SOUVENIR SHOP :

Mmm……….Mmm…………I just love Shrimps Shrimps & if you know me well enough, I could eat Shrimps daily & I could even live on Shrimps alone hahah!!

Well, Dear & I pretty like the Bubba Gump Shrimp Restaurant Menu which serves not only Shrimp Dishes, but Southern & Cajun Cuisines (cos the character Forrest Gump comes from Alabama), & other Seafood too like Lobsters, though they only serve Lobster Tails & not its whole when we check with the American Waitress - haha we still haven’t given up hope in eating Lobsters here in Orlando!!

However, we’re still not really keen on having lunch yet as we’re still kinda full from our morning Breakfast, plus we’re actually more filled with anxiety & curiosity to explore Universal CityWalk, so we tell ourselves that we shall come back later :

Dear’s just put on a Native American Wolf Woolen Sweater which he took from inside The Endangered Species Store - a forest-themed Souvenir Store featuring a large fake Tree right in the middle :

It’s a really beautiful Woolen Sweater with Native American Wolves in Moonlight (front & back) that Dear’s wearing now - & I’d wanted to buy it for Dear but he insists not to as he’s feeling really warm now & are not in the mood for Sweaters - besides he keeps saying that he’s already got many back home in Singapore………

Baby Smartie’s now riding on Pa Pa’s shoulder as they enjoy exploring the many intriguing Nature Merchandises dedicated to endangered species & ecosystems inside The Endangered Species Store :

Haha I’d always wanted to buy these Rubberised Animal Magnets ever since seeing them at Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport, but everytime I go nearer to have closer looks at them, I’d change my mind cos they’re not really nice & Dear especially dislikes their Red Eyes as he thinks they look real EVIL!!!!

Here’s Me again among many Animal Plush Toys - hey there’re even Koalas here!! Guess they must have migrated here from Australia  huh!! Oh Dear I love Koalas so much!! 

Heheh did you also notice Sportie & Cutie resting on the glass shelf in-between the Koalas & Me?!? Hahah Sportie & Cutie had been to Sydney & Perth with Pa Pa & they sure miss their Downunder Aussie buddies…….
