Today’s the 5th Day of Dear & My stay in Orlando Florida USA, & Dear has earlier taken the 7.55am Hotel Shuttle Bus from Quality Inn International to Walt Disney World Ticket & Transportation Centre, where he’ll need to take a Monorail to Swan & Dolphin Resort where his 3rd Day of SolidWorks World 2009 Conference is held.

The time now is around 9.45am, & I’m here at the International Drive outside Quality Inn International, at the Tourist Information Centre (shown below) to ask if there’s a local public Bus that I can take to get to Walmart Supermarket - & as usual, the local Americans have no idea except to tell me that I can always take a Taxi there. But well, I’m not supposed to take Taxi alone here :((

And well, actually I’ve been told 2 mornings ago by a Black Receptionist gal at Quality Inn International that I can always walk there cos it’s very near, & she even gave me a Direction Map of the Walmart………

And yesterday, I asked the White American Sales Girl at the Gift Outlet (where I bought Souvenirs from) if I can really walk there but she was taken aback by my question & told me “NO, you can’t walk there cos it’s too far to walk!!! There’s no way you can walk cos it’s like 45 mins or so!!!”

Hahah what a joke!!! Luckily I never try walking cos I’d actually wanted to yesterday if not for being so tired & lazy hahah!!!

Well, guess I’ll have to miss Walmart again for today………………

No worries cos I’ve already got plans for today - that’s to go for more Outlet Shopping at Orlando Premium Outlets located at the South Bound end of International Drive!!

And I’ve even come prepared & already bought my I-Ride Trolley 3-Day Unlimited Rides Ticket (which costs US$6) from Bob at the Quality Inn International Tour Desk before I came out.

I’m now walking to I-Ride Trolley Red Line South Bound Stop 15 while stopping to snap the following pic of the I-Ride Trolley just arriving at Trolley Red Line North Bound Stop 15 across the road :

Soon after, I hop on the I-Ride Trolley arriving at Trolley Red Line South Bound Stop 15 - giving the Trolley Driver my 3-Day Unlimited Rides Ticket in exchange for my 3-Day Pass which I need to swap above the Trolley fares drop-in box.

I’m now on my way to Orlando Premium Outlets located right at the South end at Trolley Stop 41……….WOW that must be a pretty long journey that I’m embarking on right now, but I’m sure I’ll enjoy the sightseeing along the way :

Sure enough, the I-Ride Trolley passes by SeaWorld Orlando - me getting really excited as the Trolley makes a round-about through SeaWorld’s Carpark - with some Tourists getting off to visit the Water Theme Park - & me wishing that I can be in there too with Dear……………..

The I-Ride Trolley also travels past Aquatica Water Park……………then beautiful grasslands & natural inlets with enchanting trees & rivers which I really enjoy, & I’m pleasantly surprised to see such lovely vast nature at this part of International Drive…………..they look kinda deserted & very quiet in these areas but I sure like them so much & I don feel afraid at all being alone………….

Then we pass by large spaces with beautiful Resorts & Hotels where there’re many African American employees just arriving to work - such are captivating moments & a beautiful feeling for me as I’ve always loved the Blacks whom I never quite expect to see (& so many everywhere too!!) here in Orlando even though I need not get to Africa itself heheh!!

Such is a most lovely sightseeing journey in the I-Ride Trolley for me in this sunshine morning………….taking me about an hour to arrive at Orlando Premium Outlets located in Vineland Avenue - designed as a picturesque Mediterranean style Village which seems really cool to me :

Feeling so good about today as I walk alone on my 3rd day of Shopping Spree here in Orlando Florida - haha I’m actually pretty proud of myself for making it all the way here by myself since family members back home (including Dear) have told me it’s not very safe to venture out alone in America where many people have been abducted or kidnapped, raped or gone missing……………

But well, I think it’s fairly simple & easy & very safe too, besides being really cheap & convenient, to hop on & out of the I-Ride Trolley to get to places here in Orlando…………..besides it’s a blessing that Dear & I are staying at Quality Inn International right among the Tourist Spots of International Drive where the I-Ride Trolley serves!!!

Enough said, let’s now look at the below pic where you’ll notice there’s a huge Food Court right behind the tall beautiful Palm Trees :

Hey, there’s even a COACH Factory here at Orlando Premium Outlets - & it’s an even much bigger one!! Oh I didn’t know about this when shopping at Prime Outlets International yesterday!!

Below’s the COACH Factory Business Card which I just took from inside above, after browsing through the Outlet to see if there’s any “right-sized” Wallet for Mom to match the Apple Green colored COACH Bag which I got her yesterday…………..or whether there’re any other pretty COACH Handbag for myself - but too bad, they’re mostly the same ones which I’d already seen yesterday at  Prime Outlets International………….

So I just snap some pics of the interior COACH Factory which I’ll showcase to you in my Slideshow at the bottom of this Post. And here’s a pic of the exterior Outlet here at Orlando Premium Outlets :

I also obtain the following Orlando Premium Outlets Directory Map & Listings from the Tourist Information Counter :

I then enter Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory inside the Food Court to check out its Chocolates - & just like the one Dear & I saw at Minneapolis St Paul International Airport in Minnesota, there’re many Chocolates-covered Apples & Fudges :

Orlando Premium Outlets’s a very pretty place as it’s got many lovely Palm Tress of different sizes - & that’s what I love most about this place :

I soon arrive at Levi’s Outlet By Most wanting to get T-shirts for Dear & my eldest nephew Daniel, cos I know my nephew loves Levi’s tees - however I find none that’s attractive & suitable :((

And then I visit Ecko Unltd for more T-shirts hunting for Dear - remember I’d seen the ones in Prime Outlets International yesterday but didn’t like any…………….

Heheh I’m much luckier today as I run into pretty nice T-shirts in this Ecko Unltd Outlet here in Orlando Premium Outlets - different designs from the ones I saw yesterday - & so I immediately start selecting for Dear :

Heheh, I like Dear to wear RED as he always looks very handsome with his fair skin color - besides, RED is my favourite color & it’s also Dear’s ”Wang” (meaning ”Auspicious” in Chinese) Color from what we were told by the Feng Shui ”Jiaoshou” (meaning “Professor” in Chinese) at Zhengyang Gate in Beijing…………..

Dear loves Star Wars since he was a very young boy & he’s got many Star Wars figurines & Aircrafts such as Darth Vader, X-Wing Fighter, Stormtrooper, Yoda, Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo, Chewbacca, C-3PO, R2-D2, Millenium Falcon & many others!!

I also remember my eldest nephew Daniel was very crazy over Star Wars & collected lots too - & he & Dear & I used to often watch Star Wars Movies together - Now, Dear & our Babies especially Smartie enjoy watching Star Wars Cartoons that’s being aired back home in Singapore………..

I next stop by the following I-Zone push cart Stall to try out its Sunshades - Hmm, very nice………

The Sunshades are made in China & I find myself liking them very much as they fit my face beautifully, besides they’ve UVR (Ultraviolet Radiation) protections!!

And from what I observe throughout my past few days of shopping here in Orlando, Americans are just like Aussies who love China made stuffs alot, since the Chinese workmanships are good & their prices less steep!! And some of these China made items are USA-designed - making them even better & prettier!!

Here they are - my 2 pairs of lovely Sunshades - at a total US$20 - not bad & very cheap right?!!

And just next to the above I-Zone Stall is Factory Brand Shoes - haha think I’ve seen this Brand Shoes Stores when I was travelling along International Drive yesterday - Hmmm………..let me check it out :

No wonder tourists & the locals like this Factory Brand Shoes, cos their prices are very reasonable & the varities pretty good too - & hey, they’re also mostly China made.

Well, I soon find myself a beautiful pair of Brown Boots of pretty good quality - very soft & comfortable with simple pretty design - heheh I always love Boots & try to hunt for them whenever I travel overseas :

It’s a total new brand of Coffee for Dad & Mom, & well, it turns out they absolutley love these MADE-in-USA Coffee - they say it’s very flavourable & very very GOOD!!! Probably the best Coffee they’ve tasted - from among the ones (Starbucks & others) we usually buy them from Singapore, Chiang Mai & Australia!!

The time now is past 4pm in the afternoon - WOW I didn’t realise that I’ve actually been here for 6 long hours - think I’d better make a move out of here back to International Drive before it gets dark……………

While walking back towards the I-Ride Trolley Stop 41, I make a last stop at the following BASS Outlet to check out its Shoes & Wallets which I manage to get one for myself :

Hey I just make it in time for the following I-Ride Trolley which just arrives - but upon checking with the Driver, this’s the Red Line South Bound Trolley which has just come from International Drive & it’s time for the Driver to take a break now that he’s come to the last Trolley Stop 41 of his Service at this South end :

What I need to hop on is actually the Red Line North Bound Trolley which comes around this same Trolley Stop 41 where I got off this morning here at Orlando Premiums Outlets, which I was told by the Driver that it’d be arriving soon…………

While waiting for the Red Line North Bound I-Ride Trolley , I start taking pics of the near surrounding - this lovely Playground by the sides of the Trolley Stop that reminds me very much of home back in Singapore :

Heheh I really enjoy my time spent here at Orlando Premium Outlets where I see many European tourists & Americans - & to me this place is much better & has more varities & interesting stuffs as compared to Prime Outlets International - moreover it’s such a lovely place with so many gorgeous Palm Trees everywhere…………..
