Thank you so much for the photos of the Terra Cotta Soldiers and Horses. I find these to be spectacular and one day I hope to make it over to China to see them for myself,live and in person.

Hi Od,

Displayed buried & unearthed Terra Cotta Warriors & Horses formed an Army of Chinese Legend that they were real Soldiers & Horses protecting, & battling for, the Great Emperor Qin Shi Huang in his After Life.

However, it’s been greatly rumored that real Life Soldiers & Horses – even Master Craftsmen & Skilled Artisans (if they’d not excelled & craved to the Emperor’s likings!!), were sacrificed – Buried ALIVE!! – in the infamous Chinese History of China!!!

The Terra Cotta Warriors & Horses were all arranged & buried as an entire powerful Army all set & ready for Battle in protecting the Emperor in the After Life!!

And they were also unearthed as such (as seen above) though some needed restoration as they were ruined!
