Pinocchio Village Haus at Fantasyland of Walt Disney World
Filed Under (Cuisines, Florida, Orlando, Travelling, USA, World Souvenirs) by Janet on 07-02-2009
Fast approaching the end of our exploration in Fantasyland of Magic Kingdom - Dear & I are feeling hungry for Walt Disney World cuisines as we leave the Attraction - Peter Pan’s Flight - in search of our Lunch :
Both of us agree that we should try out the Pinocchio Village Haus which is the first interesting-looking Restaurant which serves Quick Service Meals which is what we’re looking for since we wana have a fast lunch so that we have more time for exploring Magic Kingdom, & at the same time take a quick rest of our pretty tired legs!!
Here’s a close-up view of The Pinocchio Village Haus Restaurant with Pinocchio standing on top - carrying a Cup & a Plate with a Slice of Cake - heheh isn’t he such a Doll!!!
We’re now inside Pinocchio Village Haus standing in line for our food to be ready, after ordering & paying for them at the sales counter before this following serving counter :
Our server bringing us our food - see her cheerful big friendly smile as I snap this pic of her with her pretty white blouse with colored flower embroideries & bright yellow apron :
Dear & I are expecting to see Pinocchio toys or artifacts displayed inside the Restaurant, but there’re only murals depicting Scenes from Pinocchio which I capture no pic cos there’re far too many people in here at this past 12th hour of the day.
Anyway, we’re now seated inside the Restaurant at one of these wooden tables with lovely wooden Seats with Heart-shape designed holes :
And here’s our Lunch - Caesar Salad with Chicken consisting of Romaine Lettuce, Chicken & Parmesan Cheese, & Figaro Fries, with Coke :
And best of all, there’re corners inside Pinocchio Village Haus that provide various types of Salad dressings & sauces - such as Ken’s Olive Oil Vinaigrette with Balsamic Vinegar, Blue Cheese, Ranch, Honey Dijon, & Americans’ favourite Tomato Sauce - all at free-flow!!
Wow that’s just simply superb cos back in our hometown Singapore - we’ll never see such many free-flow stuffs lying around in any eatery!!
In addition, Pinocchio Village Haus also provides free-flow packets of Seasoned Rothbury Croutons (Toasted Bread Cubes) in Rothbury’s Restauarnt Style, which we spread on top of our Caesar Salad with Chicken, & toss them together - simply beautiful & so delicious!!
Plus the Chicken slices are very thick, yet tender & juicy tasting so good, & the Romaine Lettuce simply so fresh & crunchy!! And we simply adore the Salad Dressings too!!
And here’s our Figaro Fries served with Bacon & Cheese - simply irristable & very very yummy!!
Dear & I did make the right choice in coming to the Pinocchio Village Haus cos we’ve a most wonderful Lunch here enjoying the zestful American cuisines - the portions of our Salad & Fries didn’t seem very big to us at first sight but upon eating them, they’re really very filling & we both feel so full & really pleased right now heheh!!
Here’s happy Dear after our Lunch - standing infront of another Fantasyland Restaurant beside Pinocchio Village Haus - see the lovely flowers by the windows :
From the outside of Pinocchio Village Haus, we stop by the following Walt Disney World Caps & Hats Kiosk :
Then I pick up this MAGIC KINGDOM Cap which I really like - try it on & realise it’s too small & the Caps are actually all kids’ sizes hahah!!!
Close-up view of the MAGIC KINGDOM Cap that I just tried on - pretty right!! Hey I just realise it’s actually of the same design prints as that of my 2 Magic Kingdom T-shirts which I bought earlier in Fantasyland!! Hahah I must be really crazy about Fairy Tales!! YES indeed I am since very young!!
Now is Dear’s turn to try on his funny Huge GOOFY with LONG EARS Hat :
Heheh Dear looks kinda silly making both of us laugh aloud & he’s becoming a little shy……….
And so now we decide to just try on more Caps & Hats & have some fun & more pics of ourselves with them hahah!!
Here’s another Walt Disney World Cap which I like - but Dear says it’s not nice, & it’s too small for me anyway, so again I can’t have it :((
Now see cutie prettie Me in Minnie Ear-shaped Headband - heheh I think I look pretty sexy here ha don’t you agree!??!
Kawaii Nei Kawaii Nei - Dear keeps saying to me right now cos he thinks I look really like a Japanese gal heheh!!!
It’s me again with yet another Blue & White Donald Duck - Walt Disney World Cap :
Dear’s wearing a Huge FUNKY MICKEY MOUSE Hat now :
Isn’t the Hat really unique ha!??! And Dear can’t help but feel CUTE in it heheh!!
Oh MICKEY’s actually STUCK in-between the Hat hehehe so funny & cute!!!
Hahah Dear & I have so much fun playing with the Walt Disney World Caps & Hats & snaping pics of each other with them, & now it’s time for us to move out of Fantasyland into another themed park of the huge Magic Kingdom!!
Now please enjoy my following Slideshow of photos taken of this post, inclusive of the very funky Pinocchio Song Video of multi languages in English, Portuguese, Swedish, Italian, Polish, Finnish & Arabic - pretty cool!!
