It’s A Small World & Peter Pan’s Flight at Magic Kingdom
Filed Under (Florida, Orlando, Travelling, USA) by Janet on 07-02-2009
Hurry Hurry Dear let’s go take the IT’S A SMALL WORLD ride!! Dear & I excitedly tell each other as we hurry towards the magical Attraction in Fantasyland of Magic Kingom - Walt Disney World.
Wew!! There’s a such a long queue at IT’S A SMALL WORLD - but Dear & I are determined to take the Ride as we still remember very fondly the memorable Ride we took at Hong Kong Disneyland :
As we start lining up behind the long queue , we see the lovely White with Golden Huge Smiling Clock Tower Facade of classic Marry Blaire look :
Thank goodness the line moves quickly & our queuing time is only about 15 mins before our turn arrives :
We’re now about to embark on the most wonderous Musical Indoor Voyage where nearly 300 Animatronic Dolls in different National Dresses come to life taking us around the Globe :
You know, Dear & I enjoyed the “IT’S A SMALL WORLD Ride” in Hong Kong Disneyland tremenously last May when we visited China, that we told ourselves that we’d love to take the Ride again the 2nd or even the 3rd time were there not such long queues & insufficient time then!!
But never did we know that we’d be here today at Walt Disney World taking the Ride again & so soon again heheh!!
And this time I tell myself I’ve got to take a Video of the Musical Indoor Voyage as I’ve missed taking it last year in Hong Kong Disneyland!!
So here it goes - my self-made Video of IT’S A SMALL WORLD at Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom - Walt Disney World :
Well, I hope my very 1st attempt on taping such a long Video doesn’t disappoint you :))
Now, I’m enjoying the Voyage all over again with Dear while videographing it when I realise that our Voyage’s coming to an end soon!! So I quickly bring up my Camera from high up & infront of Dear & myself & say “Smile & Cheese!!” heheh - here’re our cheerful self-portraits :
Dear & I enjoy the Ride as much as we enjoyed the one at Hong Kong Disneyland, feeling as lively & joyful together as if we’re falling in love all over again!!
What a BLESS!! What a BLESS!!!
Afterwards, I quickly snap close-up pics of Dear’s HAPPY BIRHDAY JAMES Tag which he’s wearing on his MICKEY Mouse Sweater - above the Letter I - Heheh I was the one who helped pin the Tag up for Dear when we first entered Walt Disney World Resort, & I only realised later that I happened to coincidentally pin it above the Letter I - guess I’m pretty smart ha!!
Look at the nice tierd BIRTHDAY Cake edged with Mickey head-shaped designs on the Cool Tag :
Our most enchanting IT’S A SMALL WORLD Musical Indoor Voyage coming to the End now - wow there’re even much longer queues now lucky lucky us!!
Dear & I next go on the Peter Pan’s Flight Attraction located directly opposite It’s A Small World :
Here’s a close-up view of most adorable Peter Pan’s Flight :
The Queue doesn’t seem too long but the waiting time is actually pretty killing!! Half an hour later now - Dear & I waiting to be loaded onto Peter Pan’s Pirate Galleon Ship which hangs from the ceiling :
Soon, we’re doused with Pixie Dust (or Fairy Dust) by Tinker Bell & then we’re flying with Peter Pan over the rooftops of glittering lighted with vibrant sounded London City - Big Ben & London Bridge, & into Neverland……………& finally to Skull Rock Find the Lost Boys tied to the mask & the Mermaid walking the plank as Peter engaged a fight with Captain Hook on a 48 foot Pirate Ship trying to save Wendy & her Brothers :
And Dear & I are getting pretty enthusiastic about our Peter Pan’s Flight when it all ends a little less than 3 mins, making us both feel really disappointed!! Ahh……it’s afterall not worth our half-hour long wait for this short a Flight as we’d expected more - but it’s still pretty fun a kiddie experience we just had haha!!
Now, may I also wish you much fun in my following Slideshow in Magic Kingdom :
