We’ve now arrived at ”IT’S A SMALL WORLD” of Fantasyland inside Hong Kong Disneyland!!

Dear & I standing infront of IT’S A SMALL WORLD exterior Facade :

From what I knew before we even went on this Trip of ours, IT’S A SMALL WORLD attraction has only recently opened in the Hong Kong Disneyland on 28 April 2008!! And it’s to be the Largest In-door ride of Hong Kong Disneyland!!

WOW WOW!! Dear & I were just So LUCKY to be visiting this time of the Year in May!!!

The following photos show the exterior Facade of  IT’S A SMALL WORLD (with its 4 Chinese Words “Sai Sai Shi Jie”) :

And this Facade is made up of different Landmarks from around the world, & centering around the Grand Clock Tower with a 3-dimensional HAPPY FACE :

Now, let’s go visit IT’S A SMALL WORLD!! Dear & I were extremely excited when we hastened with eager footsteps towards the Kids’ WORLD cos it was supposed to enable us to see the World in a Boat Cruise through the Eyes of a Child!!

We first grabbed hold of IT’S A SMALL WORLD Pamphlets at the outside Booth before entering :

Heheh I love these Pamplets so much so much cos they were so SPECIAL & intrigue featuring different Dolls from around the World :

Haha Dear & I just couldn’t wait to be inside IT’S THE SMALL WORLD to embark on the Boat Cruise!!

We’re now waiting to be seated inside the following in-coming Boat inside IT’S A SMALL WORLD Water Canal :

Dear’s now seated in the Boat – he was full of anticipations & as ANXIOUS as ME to begin our LIVELIEST Boat Cruise around the SMALL WORLD of LAUGHTERS!!!

WELCOME WELCOME to IT’S A SMALL WORLD as our Boat rode on with its Theme Song “IT’S A SMALL WORLD (AFTER ALL)” in 9 different languages sung by children from all over the World :

We were then greeted by the ENCHANTING Doll Eskimos in the White SNOWY Artic (or North Pole) :

Followed by SEXY Can-Can Doll Dancers :

We’ve now entered the EUROPE ROOM where we saw the following Band Member Dolls beating Drums & blowing Trumpets welcoming us!!

More singing Dolls!!

My GOODNESS!! My GOODNESS!!! IT’S A SMALL WORLD was filled with hundreds of COLORFUL Dolls & Toys representing different Cultures from around the World, & dressed in their INTRICATE National Costumes, in beautiful ELABORATE sets high & low, right & left & everywhere!!

Both Dear & I were filled with EXTREME anxiety & were literally CRYING out in laughters & joy!!!

Our Eyes were rolling up & down, left & right & all around the WHOLE place trying to catch hold of each & everything!!!

And the CHILD Spirits & Souls within Dear & ME were most suddenly jolted out of our bodies in extreme JOY & HAPPINESS!!! We were totally MEMERISED!!!

And with the many different languages of IT’S A SMALL WORLD Theme Song being sung as the many LIVELY Dolls & Toys DANCED & ROLLED & FLEW past us on our right & left & around & above us – it was ALL really So MAGICAL!!

And in the distant we could hear the on-going Swiss YODELING YODELING Rhythm!! Heheh reminded Dear & myself of the Once-upon-A-time-Evening in Lucerne (Switzerland) during our Honeyhoon 6 years ago when I was asked upon the Swiss Folklore Restaurant Stage to Yodel infront of all Diners!! And I was even praised by the Swiss host who commented that I had a real beautiful voice hahah!!!

Now see the SMART-looking smiling English Soldier Doll!!

But HEY it was simply pretty Tough a task to eye all the VIBRANT PLAYFUL Dolls & Toys closely & to our own likings cos our Boat was riding way too fast that we could only catch glimpses of here & there……..& at FULL Speed too!!!

Hi HOLA Spanish Dancing Doll under the Windmill - Hola Hola (Greetings in Spanish) I loved her long layery dress So PRETTY PRETTY!!!

As a photography lover, I couldn’t really CATCH my BREATH at all snapping this & that, those & these, here & there & everywhere while our Boat rode on pretty swiftly!!!!

OH Dear OH Dear, here’s our favourite Venice Gondola & Pisa Tower!! Heheh we were so HAPPY & DELIGHTED upon seeing them again as they reminded us SWEETLY of our Most ROMANTIC Italian Honeymoon way back 6 years ago!!

And Haha I was especially so Busy ROLLING my EYES everywhere in this Amazingly Wonderful SMALL WORLD, & at the same time SNAPPING my photos constantly…….WITHOUT stopping!!!

And getting a little tired as well too haha!! BUT still, I was so filled with SO MUCH Joyous Excitement & couldn’t stop SMILING throughout the Ride!!! And so was Dear Dear heheh!

HEY Hey isn’t that PINOCCHIO (below) whom we’d just passed waving HELLO at us!?!!!! Haha he was so Cute so Cute wished I could be nearer him to pinch his Wooden Nose!!

Hallo Hoe Gaat Het (Greetings in Dutch) here’s my favourite Dutch Windmills & Dolls in Clogs…….remembering how much I’ve missed them since our last Honeymoon in the Netherlands!!

And look at the lovely Pinky Purplish Reddish TULIPS gracing the front - I was already so falling in love with this SMALL SMALL but so Amusing WORLD!!

More GORGEOUS Dolls dressed in Exquisite Costumes dancing above us!!! How LOVELY!!!

Even Russian Dolls playing Musical Instruments so beautifully portrayed!!!

Now as quickly as we were entering the MIDDLES EAST ROOM………..

Amazingly never did we expect to see a Middle East Wedding BRIDE & GROOM Dolls dancing to the rhythm of soft Arabic music with each other under the lovely Arabic Tassels Canopy Tent – So ROMANTIC just great for Dear & I who were also celebrating our 6th Wedding Anniversary on the day itself!!!

WOW!! Wow!! it’s a whole Arabic scene with Aladdin & Jasmine flying on their Magic Carpet Abu, with neighbouring Arabic merry-goer Dolls under the dim-lit MAGICAL night :

And it’s another Arabian Doll riding high on his Camel & an Egyptian Sphinx in the COOL Desert of Pyramids!!! CHARMING Charming!!!

Now let’s see the AFRICA ROOM!!!

It’s time to enjoy many African Dolls & Wildlife with rhythms of IT’S A SMALL WORLD Song marked with African Drum Beats & different INTERESTING Animal & Jungle Sounds!!

I absolutely missed the time I was standing high up in its Crown some 17 years back when I was visiting the GIGANTIC Gracious Statue in New York!! Those were the GREATEST moments of my life!!

Now, we’re inside the ASIA ROOM listening to the Theme Song IT’S A SMALL WORLD sung in Japanese, & here’re some Japanese Kimono-clad Dolls – KONNICHIWA!!! KONNICHIWA!!!

And let’s have some INDIAN time with the Snake Charmer & Sexy Dancer Dolls dressed in traditional Saris :

WOW!! There was even a Chinese Arobatic Troupe performing Arobats!! Real EXTRAORDINARY ha!!

Now we’re into the ISLANDS ROOM of IT’S A SMALL WORLD!!

Heheh here’s another of my favourite FAIRYTALE character – Ariel the Little Mermaid Doll seated on its precious huge Shell Pearl with her Mermaid Friends in the GLITTERING Sea, & surrounding them were Underwater Gurgling Sounds – simply Gorgeous!!

Hey G’day Mate (GOODDAY MATE)!! Great to See Ya Koala & Kangaroos – the 2 Aussie LOVES of Dear & myself cos we simply adore Australia HO HO!!

In fact, there were supposed to be 38 Disney Characters here inside IT’s A SMALL WORLD – but guess I never managed to lay my eyes on all of them (

Well, could only make do with more Scenes & Dolls from Hawaii then!!!

And it’s time now for the RAINFOREST Scene!!!

And within no time our Boat swept by the Starry-lit Rainforest & entered into the FINAL ROOM of IT’S A SMALL WORLD where the main theme of the Dolls & Toys representing all Cultures of the World is WHITE & GOLD – elegantly STUNNING!!!

And IT’S A SMALL WORLD Song was sung in Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean & Tagalog uniquely to Hong Kong Disneyland!!!

MAGNIFICENT Hot-air Balloon & Toys high up in the sky overlooking us as we rode on towards the end :

And we were further enchantedly amused by more Can-Can Dancing & Singing Quior Dolls!!!

And soon Dear & I bidded Farewell to the Greatest IT’S A SMALL WORLD that we fell so in love with, in the GOODBYE ROOM featuring different Goodbye Signs in languages from around the World, & with the Theme Song IT’S A SMALL World sung in Cantonese, English & Mandarin :

Our Boat ride was coming to an end now & I quickly snapped 2 photos of Dear & Myself snuggled closely inside IT’S A SMALL WORLD Boat for our Sweetest Loveliest momento sake!!

Dear & I’ve now stepped outside IT’S A SMALL WORLD – If not for the long queue (No wonder our Boat Ride was moving so FAST so Fast!!) & insufficient time, we’d have loved  to go on the Boat Ride the 2nd time, or even the 3rd time & the 4th time!!! Cos we simply LOVED the Ride so MUCH so much!!

Both Dear & I had the most pleasurable & interesting GREAT wonderful Ride taking in the Full-of-SURPRISES & most LIVELIEST picturesque FUN Toy Parade & we were absolutely amused & amazed & immersed in PARADISE our faces were continuously beaming with childlike-SMILES, & crying out in BABY Laughters & Joy & LOVE throughout the whole Ride!!!

We tremendously enjoyed ourselves & as we walked towards IT’S A SMALL WORLD Souvenirs Store, we were still feeling so full of joyful love & happiness………..so NOW let’s shop & grab some IT’S A SMALL WORLD Souvenirs to further rub it on!! RUB it ON!!! COME ON!!! Come On BABY!!
