YES YES Of COURSE it’s Disney time RIGHT now!! It’s the HAPPIEST Place on Earth!!! HOORAYS HOORAYS!!!

Armed with the following pick-up details & stickers which were provided by our Hong Kong tour guide during our coach journey to the Hong Kong Disneyland from downtowm Tsim Sha Tsui, Dear & I were all set & so ready!!

Opened in Sept 2005 & the 5th Disneyland style Park, Hong Kong Disneyland is located on Penny’s Bay, Lantau Island.

Supposedly to be picked up by our tour coach at 8.30pm, the time was 3pm in the cool afternoon when our tour guide dropped both Dear & I off at the main entrance of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort & we wasted no time & started walking towards its Theme Park - the Hong Kong Disneyland!! WEW WEW a total of 5 & half long hours for us in the Disneyland!!!

A beautiful Mickey Surfing Above Whale Water Fountain greeted us at the Entrance Promenade - how COOL!!

Hey, we’ve almost reached the Main Entrance to the MAGICAL Disneyland!! Let’s HURRY HURRY Dear!!!

Here’re our 2 complimentary Entry Tickets to Hong Kong Disneyland!! Heheh these couldn’t come in a more better day than the actual day of both Dear & my 6th Wedding Anniversary - 18th May 2008!! Yippie Yippie we couldn’t be more overwhelmed & excited!!

Dear & I had planned to celebrate our 6th Wedding Anniversary by going on our Beijing Tianjing Chengde Hong Kong Macau Honeymoon, & of course NOT missing our DREAMLAND - the world famous Disneyland in Hong Kong!! And were we most happiest when the day for our Disneyland visit happened to be on the same day as our Anniversary day!!

We’ve finally arrived at the ENTRANCE!! Heheh DISNEYLAND here We COME!!! Here WE come!!!

Upon entering Hong Kong Disneyland, Dear & I saw the huge MICKEY MOUSE HEAD flower arrangement in the MAIN STREET of USA where the Disneyland Railroad Station stood above the small hill :

Dear & I immediately took copies of the Disneyland Guide Map & Times Guide - HA HA we were finally here inside the MAGIC KINGDOM!!

And while waiting for Dear to go to the Toilet within the Main Street USA, I saw the following mini Mickey, Minnie & Winnie the Pooh Disney T-shirts - I was really excited cos I’d been looking out for such mini T-shirts for my baby Sportie back home in Singapore. But I wasn’t quite sure about its size so I decided not to buy yet :

Well, Dear & I soon met up & of course it’s SHOPPING time first at the Disney Emporium which stands right infront of us in the Main Street, USA!! Haha ME being such a Shopping QUEEN how could I miss it at all?!?!!!

Before I move on, let me show you my Slideshow of photos taken while Dear & I were walking towards the Disneyland & entering into the Main Street USA, where we’re right here now :

Hey wait a minute as we looked closely at the Disneyland Time Guide - there was to be the DISNEY ON PARADE starting soon at 3.30pm!! Heheh, how very lucky we were, cos Dear & I were both just in time for that!!

So stopped we shopped & came out of the Disney Emporium & started squeezing ourselves in-between & among the many tourists & visitors who had gathered alongside the Main street, USA :

The DISNEY ON PARADE soon began in the Fantasyland of Disneyland & here they came towards us :

WOW WOW what a huge handsome MICKEY MOUSE Float!! Dear & I were extremely excited as we cheered on like little kids in Magic Land!!

Next came the Disney ANIMATION ACADEMY Float which depicts the Disneyland’s attraction of drawing sessions where Disney Animators teach visitors how to draw the Disney Characters such as Mickey Mouse, Daisy Duck, Donald Duck etc :

Here here’s the WALT DISNEY STUDIOS Float, with sexy GIRLS dressed in ROLLS OF FILMS - pretty cool :

Dear beaming with smiles & excitement while watching the DISNEY ON PARADE :

Hey here come my favourite DISNEY PRINCESSES & FRIENDS :

The different DISNEY PRINCESSES welcoming guests on a SHOE-like CASTLE Float, with SNOW WHITE in the lead :

The SEVEN DWARFS dancing merrily & having lots of fun together :

CINDERELLA standing inside PUMPKINS Growing Around CASTLE FLOAT :

HEY HEY did I just miss Red Riding Hood!!?!?!?!!

How could I miss her in the PARADE cos below Disney Characters did look like the WICKED WITCH & WOLVES!! But how could I miss Red Riding Hood herself cos hers was one of my most favourite Fairy Tales during my childhood!!

Then again, these WOLVES sure didnt look evil at all with their SMILING FACES - haha sure sure cos LOOKS could be deceiving as we were taught in the RED RIDING HOOD story ha!!

Here come ALICE IN WONDERLAND characters as the DISNEY ON PARADE continued on :

What a lovely colorful FLOWERY Float :

UNDER THE SEA Float & characters of brightly colored Starfish & Jellyfish :

And if you look closely at the below photo you’ll see ARIEL THE MERMAID riding on the SEAHORSE :

And the Float even had Bubbly bubbles floating around it - how amazing!!

And here’re the really cool greeny TOY STORY SOLDIERS :

And standing in the Float were BUZZ LIGHTYEAR & WOODY with GIRLFRIEND, with HUMPTY DUMPTY driving it :

Heheh HUMPTY DUMPTY practically grew up with me cos I could still remember I used to sing aloud its SONG many a times :

HUMPTY DUMPTY had a Great Fall, All the King’s Horses, & all the King’s Men couldn’t put HUMPTY together again…….

Hmmm………..those were the great old days!! 

And now comes our most favourite DISNEY CHARACTERS - MICKEY & MINNIE, GOOFY, DAISY DUCK & PLUTO on PARADE in a Disney CASTLE Float :

And it’s DONALD DUCK at the back of the Float :

The most exciting DISNEY ON PARADE lasted for about half an hour & has now come to an end, with kid & adult guests all parading being the DISNEY CHARACTERS in Float towards the end of Main Street USA of the Hong Kong Disneyland :
