And those reasons Dear wana visit it so much as he loves Roller Coaster Rides!! But too bad we can’t cos of our time shortage in our Vacation here in Florida USA!!

But still, Dear’s happy to be pointing at this Advertisement right here!!!

Our Star Shuttle soon leaves Quality inn International sharply at 8am (first timing – the next & last leaving at 10.05am), & we arrive at Universal Orlando Resort Bus Station in less than 15 mins time :

Dear & I feel really happy as we step into Universal CityWalk strolling under the many tall lovely Florida Palm Trees :

Dear & I are by now both filled with extreme anxiety & excitement as we hasten our foot steps towards the Archway Entrance to Universal Studios Florida in this chilling wee morning hour here in Orlando, Florida USA :

Opened in 1990, Universal Studios Florida’s theme is the Entertainment Industry, particularly in Movies & Television. And as at 2008. the Theme Park has an estimated 6.23 million Guests, making it the 5th Most Visited Theme Park in the United States of America, & the 11th in the whole wide World!!

Now, let us see my Studio Guide of Universal Studios Florida – taken from Quality Inn International Lobby :

And here’re our One-Day-2-Park Universal Studios Florida & Islands of Adventure Admission Tickets for Dear & I – purchased at US$90 each (which is a total of S$272!!) at Quality Inn International Tour Desk :

Within no time, Dear & I are standing right infront of Universal Studios Florida about to enter  – hahah NO Queue & Crowd here yet at all!?!?! What a GREAT Surprise!!! YEA YEA GOOD GOOD!!!

Entering into Production Central inside Universal Studios Florida now – Dear & I feel extremely joyful at its emptyness & can’t wait to have fun quick & fast!!

Hosting a number of programs for the American Heath Network cable channel, other films, television shows & commercials, Production Central is home to the World Headquarters of Nickelodeon Network. It contains state-of-the-art Studios & Sound stages that one can tour for free……….

Dear & I immediately walk towards Shrek 4-D Adventure at Production Central & stand in line behind a pretty long queue outside its Entrance………….hahah we’re so wrong cos there’s already a pretty long queue in here!!

Luckily the pretty long queue infront of us soon clears off & after about 15 to 20 mins, Dear & I are off on our way (picking up our Ogre Vision Glasses along the way) inside a dark Dungeon Room with 2 giant TV screens on either side, & a Magic Mirror in the middle – for our Pre-show briefing……….

And we see many Torturing Tools with some hanging from the ceiling making it all feel a little eerie & scary altogether as Dear & I cling hug each others closely………..

Then a Video is being shown on the TV Screens where Lord Farquaad the Ghost escaped from the Mouth of the Dragon, announces that he’s kidnapped The Three Little Pigs, Gingerbread Man, & Pinocchio  - holding them hostages & torturing them………..

Next we’re WARNED by the Magic Mirror about Safety Tips as the Ghost of Lord Farquaad warns to haunt Shrek, Princess Fiona & Donkey real soon……….& the Theatre door opens before our eyes leading us to our Seats where Shrek 4-D Adventure (with 3D animation) awaits us……….

Putting on our OgreVision Glasses, Dear & I soon watch how Shrek & Donkey rescue Princess Fiona after Load Farquaad returns from the Dead to kidnap her while she was on her way to her Honeymoon with Shrek……….

The Chase Adventure of Shrek & Donkey runs through “Forbidden Forest”, “Dead End Graveyard”, & “Fairy Falls” ending at Honeymoon Hotel where Princess Fiona’s finally rescued……….

The Seats are movable (except for the middle rows with Handicapped Seats!!), with Air Jets & Rubber Tubing simulating Air, “Creepy Crawlies” & other movements, even Mist sprayed on our faces (more on the front Seats) when Donkey sneezes!! Hahah so funny funny!!!

Hahah I’ve always adored Donkeys but never knew Donkey (in Shrek) is so adorable & funny hahah he’s sosooss CUTE!!

It’s all so very entertaining & filled with so much loads of fun as Dear & I laugh & have a very good time throughout the 16 minutes Show heheh!!

At the end of the Shrek 4-D Adventure Show, Dear & I exit the Theatre into Shrek’s Ye Olde Souvenir Shoppe where there’re many Shrek merchandises :

Out of Shrek 4-D Adventure, Dear & I get all excited over 1950s Oldies Cars parked alongside here inside Universal Studios Florida :

And we see yet more Oldies Cars outside Mel’s Drive-in Diner – really cool sights as Dear & I feel as if we’re travelling back in time heheh :

We’ve now stepped into Hollywood of Universal Studios Florida – at last Dear & I get a chance to visit Hollywood hahah!!

And well, though it’s just a Hollywood Street where the Glitz & Glamour of the Movie-making Capital of the World is re-created here in Universal Studios Florida – we’re both pretty excited cos we’d actually planned to travel up coast towards Hollywood in Los Angeles etc but unfortunately Dear can’t take long leave as he’s to rush back home to Singapore for a Training……….

So since we can’t visit the real Hollywood, this Hollywood Street is still good enough heheh!!

Haha Hollywood looks real deserted as there’re not many Visitors in here yet!! And HEY it seems that not all the Attractions & Shops are open too!! Ahh!!??!

Hahah Dear & I soon realise (upon checking with the Universal Studios personnel) that most Attracations & Shops don open till 10am!! And some are only open at 11am!! Our GOODNESS!!!

Hahah we thought since it’s stated that the Theme Park opens at 9am, its Attractions too will be open at 9am too!! But HEY it’s NOT like this at all as we just found out!! Yet I blame Dear & myself for not reading our Guides properly……….but HEY I don think Dear & I see on any of the Universal Studios Florida Visitor Guides mentioning that at all! Or may be we really did miss it huh!??!!

SILLY SILLY Dear as he refused to listen to my suggestion that we should visit Islands of Adventure first instead of Universal Studios Florida this morning – to avoid the later morning/afternoon crawds……….if only he’d listened to me then we’d only be here past 11am & thus won’t be wasting time!!

NOW, we’ve to visit Islands of Adventure (& we remember that’s a pretty LONG walk from here!!), then walk back here to Universal Studios later again!! Err!!! SILLY SILLY Dear for not listening to me this morning!!! Or Rather SILLY Me for not insisting my OWN way!!!

Dear & I have actually planned to visit the Attraction Rides here at Universal Studios Florida before doing any shopping since we’d seen quite many Universal Studios Merchandises & I’ve also bought my Souvenir Magnets at Universal CityWalk yesterday…………

However cos we’re feeling annoyed over our mistakes, Dear & I decide to take a short break shopping inside Universal Studios Store (pic featured above – located at the Entrance!) before we start walking to Islands of Adventure……….

After shopping inside Universal Studios Store, Dear & I exit Universal Studios Florida (NOTE – it’s unlimited Entry throughout this entire Day meaning you can hop in & out of Universal Studios as well as Islands of Adventures!!) – walking past Hard Rock Cafe Orlando & NBA City Restaurant (where we’d been yesterday at Universal CityWalk) towards Islands of Adventure………..

And well, since I’m highlighting my Travelling stories on Hollywood of Universal Studios Florida in this Post of Mine, I thought I continue to show you my pics taken at Hollywood when Dear & I are back at the Theme Park again in the more bustling crowded afternoon after visiting Islands of Adventure!

Dear & I later watched Terminator 2 : 3-D Show located at Hollywood in Universal Studios Florida – Superb Futuristic mix of Live-action Stunts by Live Actors, Special Effects & 3-D films as we join forces with Terminator in a Battle to prevent Mankind’s Extinction at the cold sheer hands of Futuristic Cyborgs!! Way cool & FANTASTIC Show!!

Dear & I next walk past Universal Orlando’s Horror Make-Up Show located at Hollywood – where one can discover secret techniques used by top make-up Artists to create amazing, special effects from Universal’s Legacy of Horror :

We’re now back into walking the same Hollywood Street in Universal Studios Florida where we were this morning :

Except that now Dear & I see the MAGIC of Hollywood comes alive with its recognisable Landmark Buildings – Attracations & Shops all open!!

We’re now stepping on the Hollywood Walk of Fame located at the Sideways of Hollywood - looking at replica PINK Stars featuring famous Celebrity Names :

Well, the Hollywood Walk of Fame features Names of Celebrities & Fictional Characters honored by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce for their contributions to the Entertainment Industry. The first Star was awarded in 1960 & till todate, receiving a Star is considered a GREAT Honor!

And Footprints, Handprints & Signatures of Celebrity Stars (shown on the bottom left corners on Magnet) are featured on its legendary Forefront outside Grauman’s Chinese Theatre - now renamed “Mann’s Chinese Theatre” after it was purchased by Tedd Mann in 1973.
