 ”Kao Bai Shu” is Roasted Sweet Potato – yummy yummy still remember the one I ate & enjoyed so much in Mingsha Shan (Echoing-Sand Mountain) after my most wonderful Camel-riding in DunhuangSilk Road of China!! Below’s a Chestnuts & Roasted Sweet Potatoes Stall at the local Burqin Market :

 There’re also many Melon Fruits – Water Melon, Artillery Shell Melons & Changmihong Melons lying by the side of the bustling Market. And of course I remember the Melon Fruits Stall I visited while travelling through the Oasis of Dunhuang - I especially remember very well its Toilet hahahaa!!

 Ummmm I wonder if these Beijing Roast Ducks (or rather “Burqin Roast Duck“!!!) taste as good as the Peking Duck I had in Beijing……….& each costs only 13Yuan thats so cheap!!
